Description: Authorize issuance of a General Lease - Public Agency Use to the City of Fort Bragg beginning Aug. 29, 2008, for a term of 25 years, for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of a 10in. diameter ductile iron pipeline in a 20in. steel casing attached to existing concrete structural supports on the west side of the HWY 1 bridge; the temporary placement of warning signs; and the temporary abandonment in place of the existing 10in. sewer force main.
