Livingston Domestic Waste Water Treatment Plant (DWWTP) Expansion Project
Description
The proposed DWWTP expansion project involves the addition of new plant facilities at the existing site to increase treatment capacity from 2.0 million gallons per day (mgd) to 4.0 mgd ADDMF. The expansion is necessary to accommodate planned population growth within the City's expanded planning area and SOI proposed under the 2006 General Plan Update.
