Title: South Gate Gateway Project
Description: The Gateway Project consisted of a retail shopping center that would contain up to 600,000 square feet of occupied building area, with site uses that are typical of those found in outdoor mainstream retail shopping centers. On February 12, 2008, the City of South Gate ("City") approved and certified a Final Environmental Impact Report ("EIR") and approved the South Gate Gateway Project ("Gateway Project"). A Notice of Determination concerning the certification of the EIR was filed with the Los Angeles County Clerk, State Clearinghouse Number 2007041101, on February 13, 2008 and stamped document no. 08 0028965.
