A general plan of development of approximately 150 acres consisting of the following uses: an approximately 30-acre community commercial village area including a portion of mixed use development; a medium density lot having a concentration of up to fifteen units per acre; a 2.5 acre multi-family senior residential parcel for the construction of a residential care and/or assisted living facility; private and public open space integrated throughout the project; and an age restricted (55 and older) subdivision of up to 380 single family residential lots.
