Title: Bear Valley Village
Description: General Plan Amendment and zoning change for a new pedestrian village and related infrastructure. The project includes a village of 10 separate buildings containing approximately 58,482 sf of retail, restaurant, and amenity space, 4,725 sf of meeting space, and 330 residential units (463,083 sf of residential). In addition, the Bear Valley Mountain Resort ski area is proposing construction of a new high-speed chair lift and several new or modified ski runs. The County is proposing a new snowmobile parking area and lodging areas. Project development will require subsequent discretionary approvals by the County for each phase of development.
