City of San Diego General Plan Amendment, Otay Mesa Community Plan Amendment, Dennery Ranch Precise Plan Amendment, Prezone (To City of San Diego Open Space-Park (OP-1-1) and Residential-Multiple Units (RM-3-8) from Agricultural (A8) in the City of Chula Vista), Site Development Permit, Vesting Tentative parcel Map, Reorganization, Amendment to the City of San Diego's Otay Mesa Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment, and Amendment to Park Development Agreement to allow for a neighborhood park and institutional use on a 23.8 parcel located on the east side of I-805, northwest of Dennery Road and south of the Otay River. The site is located in the Otay Mesa community planning area. The project is anticipated to include a religious facility on a 5 net-acre lot (Lot 1) and neighborhood park on an 11 net-acre lot (Lot 2); however, no specific plans have been prepared for either use.
