Title: The Projects at Main Gate
Description: The Specific Plan identifies two project components: 1) an open air retail center and 2) a full service hotel/spa/conference center facility. Two variations of the retail center are identified in the Specific Plan conceptual site plan. Alternative A includes a 16 screen cinema (up to 378,500 sf of retail space, 61,000 sf of restaurant space, and a multiplex cinema) and Alternative B proposes a large department store in lieu of the cinema (up to 498,500 sf of retail space and 61,000 sf of restaurant space). Both alternatives include the hotel facility. The proposed full service hotel/spa/conference center consists of a 9 story, 250 room hotel, spa facilities, and conference space.
