Description
The project involves the phased demolition of both the existing 106,550 square foot Sam's Club and the adjacent 36,293 square feet of retail uses, and the reconstruction of an approximately 135,000 square foot Sam's Club. In addition, a gas station will be constructed in the southwestern corner of the project site, along Lower Azusa Road.
