The Project is located within incorporated northeast Santa Rosa at 4110 and 4210 Thomas Lake Harris Drive. The 9.85 acre Project area currently consists of undeveloped land. The Proposed Project would create a total of 136 community care units and 12 residential units to be used for employee housing. The applicant has indicated that the facility will be marketed to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community.
