The proposed project involves construction of ~49,400 sq. ft. of building space to accommodate 650 two-semester seats for students in kindergarten through five and ~60 full- and part-time faculty and staff. The elementary campus would include 26 classrooms, physical educational facilities, library/media center, a multi-purpose room, food services area with a lunch shelter, administration offices, and ~60 subterranean parking spaces for faculty and staff of the elementary school.
