Description

The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, County of San Luis Obispo, represented by Glen Priddy, Deputy Director of Public Works. The applicant proposes to stabilize an eroded bank of Rocky Creek where erosion threatens to undermine the adjacent roadway of Rocky Creek.
