Description

The applicant is proposing to construct 49 one-and-two story live/work units on a 2.23 acre site. A below grade parking structure with 134 parking spaces is proposed. The project will also include a community exercise room and a community multi-purpose room. The proposed design features composite shingle roofing, plaster walls, and aluminum doors and windows in a contemporary architectural style. The site contains two (2) nonresidential buildings which will be demolished as part of the project.
