Description

The project will include amendments to the San Francisco General Plan and specific Planning Code changes related to zoning districts and height and bulk controls in the Project Area that would potentially increase transit-oriented mixed-use development. The project also includes installing landscaping and building sidewalks and pedestrian signals as part of the new Phelan Loop turnaround project. The project will build a new terminal for MUNI routes 49 Mission and 8X Bayshore Express, adjacent to the existing terminal, as well as reconfigure the intersection of Phelan, Ocean, and Geneva Avenues.
