Description

A portion of the subject property at 1133 Industrial Road is proposed to be redeveloped for a new regional retail shopping center. The proposed project would involve the demolition of the existing 140,698-square-foot, vacant retail "Breuners" building, and the construction of an approximately 95,940-square-foot, three-tenant retail building and an approximately 12,100-square-foot, multi-tenant ancillary retail building. The proposed project would result in a net reduction of 32,660 square feet of developed floor area at the project site.
