Fulton Winery (Lazy Susan Vineyards), Variance #P05-00345-VAR and Use Permit #P05-0436-UP

Description

Variance: To construct a new winery building and associated improvements at a minimum of 60 feet from the centerline of the private road where a 300 foot setback is required. Use Permit: Approval of a Use Permit to establish a new 20,000 gallon per year winery with: a +/- 4,200 square foot building for winery operations and a +/- 7,500 square feet of caves for a winery totaling +/- 11,700 square feet; a 1,500 square foot covered crush pad; two full-time employees; seven parking spaces; tours and tastings by appointment only with a maximum of 15 visitors per day and an average of 20 visitors per week; a marketing plan with 10 private events per year with meals for a maximum of 30 people (no events shall occur at the same time); a new engineered septic system; and associated driveway and roadway improvements.
