A new guest room wing with 11 rooms would be constructed adjacent to a creek setback line measured 50-feet from the top of bank of Sonoma Creek. Existing building (B&B) would be retained and renovated. The surface parking lot would be expanded to provide 14 spaces. Frontage improvements are proposed on Sonoma Hwy (State Hwy 12).
