- General Plan Amendment to change the City's General Plan land use designation on the site from Light Industrial to Transit Corridor Residential (20+ dwelling units per acre). The proposed change in the land use designation would facilitate a subsequent rezoning and permits to allow replacement of the existing buildings with residential development. No specific development project is currently proposed. However, it is anticipated that a minimum of 487 residential units, up to a maximum of 1,364 residential units, could later be developed on the site if the currently proposed General Plan Amendment is approved by the City Council.
