Description: Develop a passive park within an existing 116-acre groundwater percolation basin. Installing picnic tables and shelters, playfields, landscaping enhancements, fencing, restrooms, parking lot improvements, access/staging areas for the Santa Ana River Trail system, enhancement of the existing maintenance road for bicycle and pedestrian uses, and observation/overlook decks on the water basin's shoreline for bird watching and similar activities.
