- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0092-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of Holtville. Project is limited to the installation of a precast concrete inlet structure, two precast concrete outlet structures, and two overflow structures with associated bank armoring (riprap) on the banks of the Alamo River in order to provide a "flow through" water supply to a proposed 30-acre created wetland immediately adjacent to the Alamo River.
