Description: The Contra Costa Water District proposes to operate the Los Vaqueros/Mokelumne Intertie. The Intertie would enable CCWD to divert up to 3,200 acre feet per year of its Central Valley Project water supply at the EBMUD Freeport Facility on the Sacramento River. The intertie was constructed in August 2007.
