Title: Seven Vines Project
Description: The project would involve developing 123 single-family units and 24 duet units and associated infrastructure for a total of 147 lots on 44 acres. Open space uses associated with the project include: a 2.5-acre linear park located in the center of the project site to buffer an active fault trace; a 0.9-acre parcel and trail corridor in the northwestern portion for a staging area and access to Regional Park lands; a 3.2-acre open space area along the southern boundary to protect wetland habitat; a 0.8-acre parcel in the southwest corner for water quality purposes; and 15 acres on the eastern portion of the site for a seismic protection zone and slope protection at the base of the Altamont Hills.
