- CLWA proposes to develop and construct a recycled water system to serve the Santa Clarita Valley in an attemp to reduce the present and future demands on its potable water supplies. In 1993, CKWA prepared a Draft Recycled Water System Master plan (1993 Master Plan) that outlined a multi-phase program to integrate recycled water into the overall water supply system in the CLWA service area.
