Description: The Master Plan provides a framework for implementing the District's goals and policies by identifying facilities and Improvements needed to accommodate the current and future students at new Education Center campus located on an approximately 70-acre site at Sierra Highway in Santa Clarita. The Master Plan provides for campus development with approximtely 350,000 square feet of academic, administrative, support, and other facilities to adequately serve approximately 8,000 FTE (full-time equivalent) students.
