- The project involves the implementation of an Order waiving waste discharge requirements for specified discharges associated with timber harvest activities in accordance with an approved California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF) Timber Harvest Plan (THP) and/or Non-Industrial Timber Management Plan (NTMP) within the Central Coast Region. Any such waiver requirements must be conditional and may be terminated at any time by the Water Board.
