Description: The project activity consists of the placement of fill into an intermittent drainage feature and seasonal wetland facilitating subdivision construction. The project is located on the east side of Silverado Trail, south of Fairview Drive and northwest from the southern stub of Capitola Drive. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0037-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Scott Cheeseman / O'Brien Group.
