The project would extend Parkway Boulevard from its existing terminus (near the intersection of Parkway Boulevard and Valley Glen Drive) to a western terminus at Pitt School Road, with a grade-separated over-crossing structure over the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) tracks and Porter Road.
