Description

The document is prepared as an Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact Report (2005 EIR) for the San Antonio Spreading Grounds, Conjunctive Use Project, SCH No. 2005021134. The physical facilities proposed in the 2005 EIR are shown on the Addendum's Figure 2-2. After careful re-evaluation of the proposed project, the District has determined the Pipeline 1 should be installed in an existing dirt road along the eastern edge of the project area instead of along the western edge of the project area. This proposed realignment of Pipeline 1 is shown on the Addendum's Figure 3.
