The Low Water Crossing at Avenue D and Wilson Creek Project is limited to the construction, operation, and maintenance of a bridge/box culvert comprised of a three barrel 19.5 foot (wide) by 13.5 foot (high) reinforced concrete box culvert with concrete invert linings and concrete wing-walls on the upstream and downstream sides.
