Title: Surface Water Treatment Facility - Phase II
Description: The project would include the construction of the New WTP and ancillary buildings and structures. New facilities would be located on land parcels adjacent to the existing RBWTP owned by CCWD. The initial capacity of the WTP is anticipated to be 12 million gallons per day (mgd). The ultimate capacity will be 30 mgd, developed in 5 or 10 mgd increments, reached in approximately 2040.
