An amendment to the General Plan Circulation Element to realign the West Beltway through the project area, to realign Kratzmeyer Road/Olive Drive to the south and west of the site resulting in a modified interchange with the West Beltway, and to realign Wegis Avenue to the north and south of the new Kratzmeyer Road alignment.
