Title: Dakota Canyon Sewer
Description: Site Development Permit to replace approximately 1,310 feet of eight-inch sewer pipe damaged by erosion at the bottom of Dakota Canyon. The project would relocate the sewer out of the stream bed to a new location on higher ground by building 685 feet of new eight-inch sewer pipeline, abandon the existing line, construct long-term maintenance paths, and rehabilitate 526 feet of existing eight-inch sewer pipeline. The site is located northwest of the cul-de-sac at the north end of Erie Street, in the Clairemont Mesa Community Plan area.
