Title: Santa Fe Springs Athletic Fields Project
Description: The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is proposing to approve a draft Remedial Action Plan (RAP) that will allow the construction of a soil barrier and a methane mitigation system with institutional controls at the Site. Preparation and approval of the RAP by DTSC is being conducted pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability ACT (CERCLA), as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorized Act (SARA) of 1986; the National Contingency Plan of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40CFR), Section 300.1 and California Health and Safety Code Section 25356.1.
