Description

Revise the Decision: to replace potable water from the City of Turlock with lower quality ground water for plant operational use until waste water is available (approximately one year from commercial operation 'the bridge period') and for emergency backup. This requires the drilling of two new wells to supply the lower quality ground water. In addition the owner will use City of Turlock potable water for limited construction purposes including hydrostatic testing. These changes require the changing of Condition of Certification Soils & Water-5.
