Description

A Parcel Map Subdivision of a 0.95 acre parcel (41,760 sq. ft.) into two parcels of 0.47 acres and 0.49 acres. The parcel was recently developed with a single family residence on proposed Parcel 1. Water and sewer services will be provided by the Humboldt Community Services District. An exception to the road right of way standards is requested; the parcels are proposed to be served by a 30' road right of way where normally a 40' right of way is required.
