Description

The applicant proposes to subdivide 10.9-acres into two parcels. Parcel A is 5.8-acres and fronts on Camino Tassajara, and Parcel B is 5.1-acres and is bordered on the eastern side by Tassajara Creek. The project also proposes to establish an equestrian facility that will be limited to Parcel B. The applicant is requesting two variances related to the Off Street Parking Ordinance; 1) requests a variance to the Design and Layout standards, Section 82-16.012; and 2) a request to allow less than minimum number of off street parking spaces required by Section 82-16.018 (16-spaces requested, 30 spaces required).
