Description: A Modification of Conditional Use Permit (CUP-30-96), Coastal Development Permit (CDp-48-96) and Special Permit (SP-47-96) for the development of six new mini-storage buildings, ranging in size from 2,352 sq. ft. to 3,999 sq. feet, in addition to a 448 sq. ft. addition to an existing 1,344 sq. ft. mini-storage building. The parcel is currently developed with six (6) mini-storage buildings, ranging in size from 1,344 square feet to 5,440 square feet, in addition to a 2,773 square foot barn that is to be removed. The project also involves a Notice of Merger to merge APN 402-042-09 with APN 402-042-23 to result in one parcel of approximately 3.4 acres. The parcel is served by community water and an on-site sewage disposal system.
