Description: This project involves the mining and reclamation of approximately 17.5 acres in Sierra Valley. The mining activity involves the excavation, storage and sale of material for the creation of a pond, which will be reclaimed as wildlife habitat. The maximum amout of material removed as part of the project is 626,000 cubic yards. No more than 60,000 cubic yards will be removed in any one year.
