In general, the amendments will: 1) Bring the housing element into compliance with State Law; 2) Strengthen policies in support of inclusionary housing; 3) incorporate updated information relative to 2004 income, housing costs and production numbers; 4) establish new quantified objectives; and 5) increase user friendliness of document.
