Description

The proposed project would occur in four sections of the Crandall Creek channel and would stabilize the channel to eliminate erosion and hillside movement due to failure at the toe of the slopes. The The first section extends downstream from the endwall of a pipe culvert passing under Crandall Road approximately 30 meters from its intersection with Shady Lane, while the second section extends upstream channel to reduce channel incising and thus stabilize the stream grade. Large woody material that has collasped over the stream channel and poses a threat of collection debris and backflowing the channel would be removed.
