- 1. Request by Chris Wuthmann on behalf of the Board of Trustee of the Leland Stanford Jr. University for an Amendment to the Final Map for a 180 unit housing development. An EIR was certified by the City Council for the Palo Alto/Stanford Development Agreement and Lease Project ("Mayfield Agreement") in 2005, which included the development of a 6-acre community playing field, the construction of at least 250 housing units, and demolition and relocation of 300,000 sq. ft. of existing research and development/office space within the Stanford Research Park. In 2014, the City Council approved subdivision of the 1451-1601 CA Ave. site for 180 residential units under the Mayfield Agreement.
