Description: SAA #R5-2003-0195 Alter the stream to replace 2.53-mile truck sewer within McGonigle Canyon in Carmel Valley. The replacement sewer pipeline will range between 24 and 30 inches in diameter and the project will include appurtenances (manholes and laterals) and a 10-foot wide sewer maintenance access road consisting of compacted native soil hydrosedded with a native low growing seed mix.
