Description

The Proposed Project would subdivide a 1,416.5-acre property into 24 lots, each with a minimum lot size of 40 acres. The subdivided lots would include active agriculture and a residence. In addition, the Proposed Project would dedicate a 5.0-acre lot to the Julian/Cuyamaca Fire Protection District. The Proposed Project is subject to the Williamson Act. One modification to the contract is proposed which would reduce the minimum lot sizes from 160 to 40 acres, on approximately 160 acres in the southwest portion of the project site. The Proposed Project would be served by groundwater and individual septic systems.
