Description: The CDF Academy is proposing the development of an I-zone training ground that would portray a community of residences threatened by wildland fire. The project would require the placement of training props representing multiple structures that would portray homes and outbuildings located in hazardous fire areas. Training exercises would require fire crews to prepare the structure and its surroundings for protection from an on-coming wildland fire.
