87 West Shore Road Gangway and Floating Dock

Description

Replace an existing 192-square foot floating dock, which was destroyed by a storm approximately five years age, with a new 144-square-foot floating dock. Replace an existing deteriorated 3-foot by 25-foot gangway, with a new 3-foot by 25-foot gangway. Add three 12-inch steel piles with polyethylene anti-corrosive sleeves for the proposed floating dock. Two of the proposed piles would be 14 feet above MLLW and one pile would be 10 feet above MLLW. Add four 12-inch piles to support the existing cantilevered near deck at the residence.
