Title: Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Town Center Redevelopment Project
Description: The purpose of the Amendments is to reduce the size of the Existing Project Area by removing the Deleted Parcels from the Existing Project Area to create a smaller, but more fiscally sound project (the "Amended Project Area"). Since the Plan was adopted in 1992, it has proved to be ineffective for a number of technical reasons, all related to the overall assessed values of property being less than the total assessed value of property in the Existing Project Area at the time the Plan was adopted.
