Michael Brasil Dairy, the applicant, has requested Authority to Construct (ACT) permits to expand an existing dairy operation from the current as-built capacity of 1,265 milk cows and 235 dry cows to a maximum capacity of 1,879 milk cows and 334 dry cows. A new 800-cow freestall barn will be constructed as part of the expansion.
