Knights Ferry School Access Road and Parking Lot Improvements

Description

The applicant proposes installing a 60-inch by 139-foot long arch pipe and an 8-foot by 8-foot riprap apron at each end of the culvert pipe. A total of 831 cubic yards of clean fill will be placed within the channel to stabilize the pipe. Mitigation for the loss of habitat includes the revegetation of the fill slopes and disturbed stream bank areas. Tree and understory shrubs will be planted in the appropriate environmental conditions.
