Description
Construction of a new fire station. A new 25,000 square foot building is proposed for fire station duties and administrative office activities. The station is intended to provide a 24-hour emergency response operation and will be designed to accommodate a maximum of 18 personnel. the station will include a community room designed to accommodate up to 100 occupants for fire station an community-sponsored events. Creation of the project would require splitting 2.9 acres from the existing 105.12 acre parcent parcel.
