Tentative Map to subdivide six parcels into nineteen parcels in the Employment Center 30 (EC-30) Zone within the Goldenland PUD; and D. Special Permit to construct seventeen buildings totaling 177,992 square feet on 13.5+/- gross acres in the EC-30 zone.
