Description: The project is the adoption of the City of San Clemente Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Railroad Corridor Pedestrian Beach Trail in the City of San Clemente. The project consists of construction of a 2.37 mile pedestrian beach trail in the City of San Clemente. The trail will be constructed generally as a five foot wide trail and may have a shoulder on one or both sides achieving a total width of 10 feet to allow for periodic railroad and City maintenance.
